This is a trauma informed class that is open to public. Any ability is welcome to attend. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Drop in's are welcome and you can also purchase a 5 week class pass. $15 drop in or $65 for a class pass. There is on going enrollment so feel free to join us when you can.
