This class will offer a gentle flow practice as well as time for restorative forms. You are welcome to practice deep stretches, release long held tension and restrictions throughout the whole body, as well as strengthen. This class will be appropriate for all levels. There will be no physical assists. Please join us for a moment of self-care.
